Zack Geist is the heart and original spark of Holistic Finance — and his life is a living example of what it means to transform adversity into purpose.
Raised in the rough neighborhoods of Hayward, California, Zack navigated street violence, group homes, and juvenile hall. He left high school early and forged his own path, rising quickly in business. By age 27, he was leading 18 offices and had generated over $10 million in revenue. But success came at a cost.
After experiencing financial collapse, addiction, and profound psychological struggle, Zack hit rock bottom — and chose to make that moment his turning point. Through movement therapy, psychedelic-assisted healing, and deep inner work, he rebuilt his life with a new mission: to help others align their money, purpose, and path.

Today, Zack is a healer, community builder, podcast host, and thought leader in the realms of trauma healing, regenerative living, and soul-aligned finance. He lives on the Hāmākua Coast of Hawai‘i, where he’s developing an 86-acre sanctuary for healing, regeneration, and right livelihood — a living embodiment of the world he invites others to help build.
